4. Shipping
Butterfly Finger Picks ship world wide via USPS. You will be emailed tracking information when your order ships. For international shipments, monitor tracking and contact your customs office for pickup instructions if they hold your package without contacting you.
5. Refunds
To give you a good opportunity to try the picks, the first set of picks you purchase is refundable less any coating purchased if you request a refund within 30 days of receiving your picks, and then return them. Shipping is not refundable for undeliverable and unclaimed packages.
